As the year exhales its final breath,
I do not rush to resolve—
I listen.
To the quiet stirrings beneath the surface.
To the truths that rise when the noise fades.
To the weight I’ve carried without asking why.
This is not a time for declarations.
It is a time for discernment.
A sacred pause between tides.
Where intuition becomes the compass,
and reflection becomes the altar.
I ask not what I will do,
but what I will release.
What no longer fits the shape of my becoming.
What wisdom has ripened in silence.
What longing still waits to be named.
I honor the endings that feel like beginnings.
The grief that feels like grace.
The mystery that feels like home.
And I remember:
Transformation is not in the adding.
It is in the choosing.
The choosing of what does not come with me.
✨ You are invited to sit with the year—gently, intuitively, honestly.
Let your body speak. Let your soul whisper.
What did you learn?
What did you lose?
What did you love?
What are you ready to release so that your becoming may travel light?
