Today I asked myself: am I truly listening to my body? By Liza

Today I asked myself: am I truly listening to my body?
Not the version of me that seeks approval, not the mask that fits neatly into expectation—but the raw, unfiltered voice of my soul.

Because at the end of time, the only one I will face is myself.
And in that sacred communion with God within, I must ask:
Who am I when no one is watching?
Who am I when I enter the Kingdom within?

Here is the truth: the only certainty you will ever hold is the light inside you.
Life can change in an instant.
Everything external is fragile, fleeting, labelled, divided. Even prayer was caged by rules and requirements, shaped by fear of disapproval. But prayer was never meant to be a performance—it is union, it is breath, it is remembrance.

We have not only evolved in technology or worldly leadership.
We have evolved in consciousness.
In Christ Light consciousness.
In frequency.

Your body has always been the vessel of that frequency, whispering guidance, carrying the key to balance both worlds. When you let go of the external noise—when you sacrifice everything that separates you from peace—you open the pathway for your vessel to hold higher dimensions of light.

Light will always rise to meet the dark.
The invitation is not to fight, but to flow. To surrender into Divine guidance that is already speaking through every cell, every silence, every synchronicity.

The world outside is controlled by algorithms of ego. But you are not bound to them. Ego has its place, yes, but it is not the whole of you. Consciousness is the silent, unchanging field beneath it all.

Detach. Find your stillness.
Build a vessel that can hold light regardless of circumstance.
Adapt to uncertainty, for you were made for it.

And when everything else falls away, anchor yourself in the one certainty that will never leave you:
✨ The light within you. ✨
