I walked into a mall today for the first time since December by Liza

I walked into a mall today for the first time since December. The last time I was there, I was rushing—five hours before a flight—trying to exchange a pair of Nikes. Chaos. And yet, I’ve always been the one who loves order, punctuality, structure.

But here’s the truth: life doesn’t bend to our plans. You can organize every detail, obsess over every timeline, and still—tomorrow is never guaranteed.

What is guaranteed? You.
Your presence. Your energy. The way you show up in this moment.

For weeks, I stayed away from malls, away from the noise of consumerism, away from the endless pull of the outside world. That detachment became a teacher. It reminded me that nothing outside of me—no purchase, no approval, no validation—can give me certainty. The only certainty I will ever hold is the light within me.

My gran used to say: “Cleanliness is next to Godliness.” And I’ve come to see that the structures we create—whether in our homes, our businesses, or our spirits—are sacred containers for the light we carry. Even on the days when life feels messy, those moments are serving you. They are shaping the elevation of your light.

Because energy cannot be faked.
You are felt before you speak.
You are heard before you are seen.

You are the eternal presence of God’s light—an energy wave, a ripple into matter, a surge that no human can manufacture.

And when you surrender to life, you surrender to yourself. That is the holiest union: the co-creation of a Kingdom within.

So today, I honour the breath. The awareness. The Christ-consciousness frequency that reminds me:
✨ I am enough.
✨ Everything I need is already within.

No competition. No approval. Just presence. Just gratitude. Just light.
