I came across this quote today while reading through the things I’m guided to. During my busy day, I pondered its meaning.
“If you want to avoid responsibility, stay confused. But if you seek clarity and strength, make a decision.”
Tonight, after hearing something that triggered me earlier, I revisited this quote. It resonated with me as I questioned why I felt so frustrated. Could it be because I lack clarity? Throughout my life, I’ve been punished for my clarity. It wasn’t even open to discussion because I always knew what I wanted.
In life, we can take the less travelled paths, and I used to beat myself up for making “wrong” choices. But even those moments were perfect as they were. Everyone is a teacher in your journey as you walk back to the Light. Instead of confronting something that truly didn’t bring me joy, I’d ask myself, “But how do you change it, Liza?”
This quote serves as a powerful ending and a profound beginning. When we make decisions aligned with our inner light, we no longer feel compelled to seek external clarity. We all choose when we remember our true selves! We choose to align with the sovereignty within us, embodying that light daily. The brighter our light, the darker the shadow. The clarity of our light.
Confusion is a fog that delays our sovereignty. Decision is a sacred act of remembrance.
Every choice we make—from the smallest gesture to the greatest leap—is a ceremony of clarity and strength.
Today, I choose responsibility not as a burden, but as devotion.
I choose to cut through the fog and stand in my light.
