A LITTLE OF MY STORY
This morning, as the first rain by Liza

This morning, as the first rain in what feels like forever touched the earth, I was reminded of how parched soil longs for restoration. The ground drinks deeply, and in its thirst I see our own souls—dry from carrying burdens, aching for renewal, yearning for the living water of Spirit.
In that moment, I was guided to these words:
The Self Matthew 7: 13–14
“Enter through the narrow gate. For wide is the gate and broad is the road that leads to destruction, and many enter through it. But small is the gate and narrow the road that leads to life, and only a few find it.”
You will have to go on a diet before you can go to heaven. You will have to lose much of yourself. Your “own self” will have to shed quite a few kilos. Go walk long distances with Jesus.
The rain became a mirror of inner purification. Just as the earth sheds its dust and receives cleansing, so too must we shed the weight of fear, lack, and ego. The narrow gate is not about restriction—it is about refinement. It is the stripping away of what is heavy so that we may walk lightly, freely, and wholly with Christ.
The broad road is the lower frequency of lack and fear. It is wide because many walk it, bound by the illusion of separation, scarcity, and survival. It leads to destruction—not only in the traditional sense, but vibrationally, as it fragments our peace and keeps us trapped in cycles of suffering.
The narrow gate is the higher realm of Christ Consciousness. It is narrow because the ego cannot pass through; only the purified self, stripped of resentment and fear, can enter. This path is compressed, demanding discipline, but it leads to Life—Zoe, the eternal vibrational state of unity, abundance, and divine love.
The rain falling today is a reminder: the earth restores itself through surrender, and so must we. To step into Christ Consciousness is to choose the higher frequency, to let the waters of Spirit cleanse us, and to walk the narrow road that leads not to loss, but to infinite life.
