A LITTLE OF MY STORY
The Wound of Bitterness By Liza

The Wound of Bitterness
Bitterness is the echo of disappointment that calcifies in the heart when expectations are unmet. It is the heavy cloak that the wounded child wears when anger, betrayal, and hurt are not released. And what does that inner child create when bitterness is held too long? A life patterned by mistrust, a soul that forgets its own innocence, a frequency that keeps replaying the wound instead of the healing.
We kill ourselves softly when we validate our actions through bitterness. We scroll endlessly, searching for something to soothe, but if what we consume does not elevate us into awareness, peace, hope, and joy, then it only reopens the wound. Sharing what stabbed us first is not healing—it is repetition.
Control is never ours. Faith is. The unseen, silent, sacred path of God is the only ground that holds us steady. In His presence, we discover that we do not need anything or anyone outside of us to be whole. Running is easy, but your children chose you as the carrier of life for a reason. Your frequency was chosen to birth life in God’s timing. Even if you felt unready for the soul-combustion of connection, the Light has always surrounded you, guiding you.
Bitterness dissolves when we remember: the inner child does not need to stay trapped in anger. That child longs to be met with tenderness, to be told: you are safe now, you are loved, you are free. When you release bitterness, you release the child from exile. You allow joy to return, trust to be reborn, and your sovereign soul to shine.
The healing is not in striving, not in control, but in surrender. In choosing to send Light into the world, even when darkness presses close. It is who we are, and who we choose to be: free, sovereign souls, carriers of life, transmitters of love.
